Our holiday changeover clean is suitable for properties up to tourist board standards. Your property may be assigned a designated cleaner or a self employed Property Manager to take care of all changeover tasks, including checking the property on departure; cleaning and servicing the property ready for arrivals; linen services and liaising with incoming guests on arrival.
A standard Changeover Clean includes provision of a full set of linen and towels. This means no upfront costs for customers for the purchase of multiple sets of linen and towels, and no on-going costs for replacing spoiled items. This service and quality is approved by VisitBritain.
For properties newly appointed as holiday lets, or recently converted from other use, we can clean and set up the property at the beginning of a letting period, in preparation for your first guests!
A one off service can be provideed anytime for as many hours as requested. We carry out deep cleans at the end of a letting season or before the letting season starts, to prepare the property for bookings. We can also carry out deep cleans following building or renovation work; for post party clean ups; and the annual spring clean.
For bookings of longer than one week where a linen change is required, we will visit the property to remove and replace dirty linen and towels.
Holiday changeovers are normally conducted on departure. Where a property is left vacant for a period of time, we will if instructed visit the property prior to an arrival to check that everything is in order, and refresh where necessary as agreed.
During winter and cold weather periods it may be necessary to visit a property prior to a booking to turn on the heating, and/ or to air the property. We can provide this service as and when required.
