For Holiday Rentals, under our standard service level agreement our Property Managers will initially respond to calls from staying guests. Minor issues will be addressed as and when they occur if appropriate. if a call needs to be ‘escalated’ we provide a comprehensive reactive maintenance service.
We offer a suitable resolution to most property maintenance issues across the region, through our team of pre-vetted property maintenance contractors.
