Where property owners use a letting agent, we will liaise, on behalf of the owner, with the agency to ensure smooth handling of all arrivals and departures. Otherwise we would liaise directly with owners.
Property Managers leave their contact number in the property and act as a ‘first responder’ if guests call with any property related issues.
A meet and greet service is available through our Property Manager to customers who require it.
Customers may wish us to supply an arrival ‘amenity pack’ together with a gift for visitors. We can provide a basic welcome pack which covers some essentials for guests on arrival. Enhanced or bespoke amenity packs are available in some areas depending on customer requirements.
For holiday rental properties, we can provide a full detailed property inventory at the start of a letting period.
For holiday letting properties which join the VisitBritain ratings scheme, we can provide a report in advance of the inspection visit. The report will list any missing inventory items, and detail any work necessary to achieve the desired rating level.
From April 1st 2007 it became a statutory requirement for owners of letting accommodation to provide an Access Statement for guests. The statement will include pertinent information on the property inside and outside, providing guidance on access to all of the main facilities.
