For Holiday Rentals, under our standard service level agreement we can respond to calls from staying guests and address minor issues as and when they occur. For work that will exceed a pre agreed amount, our team will contact you to discuss next steps before proceeding.

Our reactive maintenance service includes:

We have £2 million public liability cover and all of our operatives and subcontractors are fully pre-vetted, carry their own appropriate insurance and guarantee all of their work.
For a small monthly fee, depending on the size and location of your property, customers have access to all maintenance services, including our reactive maintenance and on-call service, available throughout the year.
